How does day run management work?
You create a day run, assign a vehicle and route, and record the opening stock load. Reps deliver to shops on the route and issue bills. At end of day, unloaded stock is returned and the run is closed with a full summary.
Can we manage multiple companies?
Yes. From the Professional plan you can run multiple companies under one Nexpaks account, each with their own products, vehicles, routes and financial records.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is a flat monthly fee in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) — not per user. Annual billing saves 20%. No setup fees, no per-transaction charges.
How is our data protected?
Each Nexpaks client has an isolated, dedicated database. Data is encrypted and backed up daily. No other client can access your records.
Can we switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to your billing cycle. Downgrades apply from the next renewal date.
